Travel US 66 Shirt

from $25.00

Celebrate the most famous highway in the world with this retro t-shirt, inspired by the original US 66 Highway Association! That national organization, founded by Cyrus Avery of Tulsa and sustained by Jack & Gladys Cutberth of Clinton, promoted Route 66 for half a century. It wouldn’t be the linear community it is today without the support of thousands of people over the years…and this shirt is our tribute to their hard work.

This design is printed on Comfort Colors brand shirts locally in Oklahoma. The front design is taken from an original US 66 Highway Association sticker, updated by Giesla Hoelscher. The words on the back come from a brochure that the Cutberths distributed in hundreds of businesses along Route 66. Our logo is on the sleeve!
